Nick Falk.
Managing Director.

Has had a varied career across a wide range of industries. Starting life in the electronics industry as a sales engineer, offering technical advice to engineers ranging from humble consumer products to high end medical equipment. Board member on an Irish recycling company.

During the change over to digital television, in the late nineties, launched the first, only free to air set top box in to the UK with Novapal Ltd. As a skilled communicator, negotiated a manufacturing partnership agreement with the Korean multinational Daewoo. More recently has left hardware to work in telecommunications, consulting on low cost international calls, keeping families in touch with loved ones in different countries.

Always looking for new challenges and opportunities, seeing potential to improve current offerings, has pulled together an experienced group of medical professionals as a core team in the creation of a bespoke medical support service.

Paul Stanbridge.
Head of Service.

Has had a near twenty year career in emergency services, starting as a fire fighter, then working across multi agencies, promoting health, well being and safety. Gaining understanding to offer sympathetic advice to the most marginalised and vulnerable members of the community, on health and safety topics. During this time won two National Awards for his achievements and life saving.

Then venturing in to private Ambulance field, offering public facing safety and emergency services, for a variety sporting events. Conducting everything from risk assessments to managing the event.

Having gained extensive knowledge of mental health issues from depression, anxiety and psychosis is able to relate to the community members with mental health issues.

Recently working as part of an outreach vaccination team. Using his communication skills to liaise with the council and public to form a key member of an award winning team.

Steve Lovelock.
Operational Clinical Manager.

A resourceful and dedicated individual with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in a demanding role.

A strong career of over thirty-five years in the ambulance service. Having a wide range of experience including staff training, developing and mentoring large multifunctional teams.

With an ability to direct, motivate and empower professional support teams in the achievement of common goals.

Extensive practical experience in patient care within both Acute and Primary Care settings, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all community groups. Creating sympathetic, yet professional interactions with the most marginalised groups in the community.

Emma Vanhinsbergh.
Operations Manager.

Has had six years experience working with patients , from diverse communities, in a hospital environment. Before moving on as a specialist event medic, including motorsport events, where reactions and judgement are crucial.

Following that has worked for a private Ambulance company in partnership with the NHS, delivering specialist transport services, including mental health crisis patients.

Then most recently as part of an award winning team, that set up an mobile Outreach vaccine equity unit, working with local general practitioners. Dealing with a spectrum of diverse groups, reassuring the individuals and dealing with their medical concerns.
